I look at the therapy journey in a holistic approach, there are so many things that can make a person feel their best self, and I want to help you find that.

My counseling style is honest, genuine and interactive. I would describe myself as down-to-earth and open-minded. Challenges and painful times are part of the human experience. I understand seeking help can be a vulnerable step to take. Change is not easy, but it is possible. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.

I have provided a number of specialized therapeutic services to those dealing with challenging life experiences. Patient well-being is my number one priority.

NATALIE HAGLE

Sigmund Freud once said, “Out of your vulnerabilities will come your strength.”

Therapy can be intimidating and frankly taking that initial step can be scary. This is where I come in. In therapy we talk about “holding space,” meaning to comfort, mend, and give support in the healing journey. As a mental health therapist, I feel grateful to hold space for you and my path in becoming a therapist was inspired by those who held space for me.

My road to becoming a therapist began with helping survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse. Facilitating support groups, attending court hearings, filing Orders for Protection, and gaining so much respect for women and their ongoing resiliency. From there, I transitioned to residential treatment settings, assisting women struggling with chemical dependency. After receiving my BA in Social Work, I was motivated in pursuing my Master of Social Work and empowering women through individual therapy and groups. Therapeutic approaches utilized are Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT-influenced, strength-based, and solution-focused. My clients would describe me as compassionate, understanding, and empathetic which is displayed through respect, assertiveness, and a non-judgmental approach.
